-What is this box doing on the dining table?
Hey, the lid is moving and what are those strange noises?-
-What's happening? Are those toy soldiers?
Help!!! Somebody, help!!!-
-They are taking over the dining room...Save us!-
-It looks like these hussars are part of the vanguard.-
-Even more cavalry supporting the right flank.
By god...there's even artillery near Charge Hill.-
-Better get the wife and kids under cover...-
-Jäger and Hussars covering covering the main body...
that commander does know his trade.-
-Cry havoc and let loose the minimilitivorous dogs of war.-
-There's the last of them, thank God...we might stand a chance yet.-
Future posts will make all clear...just enjoy the pictures for now...
Happy gaming, indeed

Now THAT was a magic box!
ReplyDeleteA very pleasant and appropriate presentation of a very good-loking army.
Hoping to enjoy an individual presentation of all those colorful units!
Congratulations,
Jean-Louis
What a wonderful Easter Box that is . . . I wish that I had one too. You must have been a good man for the Bunny to so bless you.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the day (and many more to come).

Well done, well done. Blessed with wargames armies for Easter,...and many of them French to boot! We in St. Maurice approve. Great presentation. - Mike

minimilitivorous...Genius!
ReplyDeleteActually, it is Jean-Louis (abdul666) who came up with "minimilitivorous", credit goes to him.

Peter, I would secod the idea of leaving them exactly as received, and organizing them into brigades of separate battalions, when using "Charge!" rules; we've done so for years!

You're lucky I was chasing hippies of my property that day...
